Hello everyone, my name is Helly. I originally started Helly’s Simple Recipe channel due to my love of baking, and the desire to share some of my favorite recipes with the world.
I now realized there are so many new and exciting recipes I want to try and share. This is where the Cooking Everyday channel comes in. There, I will share the actual meal my family and I enjoy on a daily basis. Ingredients and recipe:
400g Chicken breast and cut to small square pieces
Welcome to my channel
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
1/2tbsp Soy sauce
Mix and set aside for 20 minutes
350g Cucumber
Cut to thin slices
90g Carrot
Salt
Set aside for 20 minutes
1 Purple onion
After 20 minutes
1tbsp Flour
Olive oil
Fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat
After 20 minutes
1tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 Lime juice
1tsp Sesame oil
Salt
Paprika
1tbsp White sesame seeds
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
1tbsp Unsalted butter
3 Cloves of garlic
118ml/1/2cup Chicken broth
1tbsp Flour
Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium-low heat

I made this today. I used old fashioned steel oats not quick oats. I feel maybe I should have used half a cup of oats and a bigger pan 😂. Took longer than 5mins 🤦🏾♀️ I had to make my own instructions. Tasted weird and tired millions (8) condiments, I used ketchup which made it make sense. Make this when you have time to experiment and room to have something else to eat if this doesn’t taste to your liking. 😊 thank you for your recipe ❤

I make this sometimes but without the oil. I use baking powder to help with fluff so no need for oil. It's nice too.
